NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION
Junior Account manager fluent in English at a business level and desirable Spanish native speaker or have Spanish as a third language.
The position requires you to be excited about working with widely known everyday brands with a global reach and support the Accounts team in their day to day project flow to learn all there is to know about the advertising world. Highly motivated, flexible, responsive and be willing to grow and develop within the organization on a long-term basis.
With a sense of project management, and very fresh ideas!
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE POSITION
-Communication & liaison with Accounts team and production team
-Learn and understand how the business works by engaging in market trends, key competitors research.
-Understand the brief and develop the capability to design briefs with a clear articulation of the client’s challenge.
-Grow an eye for quality control of all output content to ensure everything is: on time, on brief and has the highest quality level.
-Assist on the financial control of each project; have a Purchase Order number, monitor project completion and request all invoices from the administrative department.
REQUIREMENTS
-Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
-Have a bachelor’s degree in: marketing, advertising or graphic or Industrial design with client management experience.
-No need for previous experience in creative agency or studio BUT must be eager and open to learn
-Experience using software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Adobe software if possible
