PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
CONDUCT DAY TO DAY OPERATION IN THE CLAIMS HANDLING, DATA ENTRY AND CLAIMS ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS.
ASSIST IN MAINTENANCE AND DISTRIBUTION OF VARIOUS RISK MANAGEMENT MANUALS, SPREADSHEETS AND PROPERTY FILES INCLUDING RISK MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY POLICY AND PROCEDURE MANUALS.
COMMUNICATE WITH ALL DEPARTMENTS TO GATHER INFORMATION NEEDED ON A CASE BY CASE SCENARIO
PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES TO ENSURE SMOOTH OPERATION OF RISK MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT.
ACT AS FACILITATOR OF ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES FOR DEPARTMENT HEAD.
ASSIST WITH THE PREPARATION OF OPERATIONAL AND RISK REPORTS FOR MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS.
RESPOND TO INQUIRIES REGARDING RISK POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND PROGRAMS.
PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR OTHER RISK MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS AND OTHER PROJECTS AS NEEDED
