HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST
Description:
The Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Global and Local strategy from an operative perspective, creating and promoting the optimal conditions to attract, retain and develop employees; creates and promotes an efficient and result driven culture. This position will manage, ensure and support all the HR related processes, plans and policies such as: talent acquisition, employee development, labor relations, compensation & benefits, wellness, organizational development, training, recognition, etc.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key point for fulfillment, keeping them abreast of project specifications, priorities and changes, troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day issues as they arise.
Optimize operational results, meeting goals and increases the customer service on a consistent basis.
Support and monitor HR processes and controls.
Keep constant communication with Human Resources regional partners such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development y Compensation & Benefits in order to ensure correct execution for all global, regional and local initiatives.
Manage and Support the employee life cycle (onboarding to termination) effectively and in fulfillment with local and global policies.
Supports the ethics and compliance initiatives.
Helps to apply the local labor laws and regulations within his clients.
Controls and properly executes the organizational changes for the employees (Salary adjustments, promotions, demotions and terminations)
Support the local employee events organization.
Management of personnel incidences regarding payroll (absenteeism, tardiness, OT, etc.)
Creates and updates Human Resources KPIs for its areas of influence.
Requirements:
Bachelor´s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related.
Fluent English (written & spoken).
1 year of experience in Human Resources.
Advanced Excel.
Skills:
Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
Ability to review and analyze data to figure better HR processes.
Ability to conduct business needs assessments and formulate succinct recommendations to senior executives.
Good communicator and negotiator.
Ability to exercise professional judgment and make recommendations for decisions which have an impact on people, costs and quality of service.
Ability to effectively interact with all internal and external business partners.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
Analytical and detail oriented.
Ability to be flexible, follow/meet tight deadlines.
