About the position
An O&M analyst is a fundamental part of the post_interconnection process in Bright. The main objective is to maintain the systems generating above the production guarantee established in the contract with the clients, as well as to detect and solve cases of underproduction, system off, offline monitors, and their remote configuration. The O&M Analyst has to be capable of giving the installers/solar engineers clear technical next steps to solve issues on-site, as well as answering technical aspects for the customer enjoyment team. In addition to scheduling periodic preventive maintenance/cleanings to ensure the good condition of the systems.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be
Answer 100% of tickets assigned in less than 24 hrs.
Trigger underproduction and eGauges offline cases effectively.
Gather data from technical visits results to identify areas of opportunity.
Your Key Results will be
OKR1. Maintain Bright Systems Performing accordingly to simulation and production guarantee
KR1. Trigger average 85% of Underproduction cases in the first 24 hr and cancel Technical visits requested that are no longer needed.
OKR2. Enhance Bright's response time for O&M cases
KR1. Average 100% open cases of O&M have <30 days resolution for any equipment failure from 85% in Q4
KR2. Be trained and ensure 90% of CSI and UPSI redesigns are requested in March within 24 hrs SLA.
KR2. 0% of O&M tickets fall within 60 or more days vs 14% in Q4 by giving follow up and creating process with Design, Logistic, Installers and Solar Techs.
OKR3. Ensure that 96% of Bright systems are online for proper tracking.
KR1. Gather and deliver feedback for installers
KR2. Trigger average 100% of monitors with 10 or more days offline and cancel Technical visits requested that are no longer needed.
