About the position
Your day-to-day will be an exciting mix of office and field work. You’ll become our resident expert at figuring out the fastest way to work with the CFE and your main goal will be to cut through bureaucratic red tape in order to hit your goal: to get our clients’ solar panels to produce clean energy as quickly as possible.
Your role will consist of fast-paced project management. Before our new clients can turn on their solar panel systems, we need to complete a documentation process for each house with the CFE. You’ll own those processes for all of our cases and own the coordination between Bright’s office, clients, and local CFE offices.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be
Project manager: You’ll coordinate between our clients and local CFE offices in order to ensure that each client’s correct paperwork is sent to them, that each client’s paperwork is filled out correctly according to local regulations, and that all client processes stay on schedule (provide follow-up and ensure that all project stakeholders stay on schedule)
Installer liaison: We work with third-party installers and you’ll coordinate with them to correct technical mistakes when necessary
Become an expert: You’ll be our resident expert on CFE regulations (and how the political environment may impact them) to support our Customer Service and Sales teams
Your Key Results will be
Objective 1:Ensure all interconnections fall within 60 days SLA
KR1:Ensure interconnection SLA compliance and 100% Anexo 2 uploaded to ops in attributes section.
KR2: Reduce 100% of projects from backlog from _ as of 1st January to 0 projects as of March 31th
KR3: Ensure 100% tickets have proper follow up within 24 hours.
Objective 2: Define and document aclarations with CFE process.
KR1: Define and document the CFE billing aclaration process to ensure 100% cases in SLA compliance
