Rackspace Technology is looking for a qualified intern to join our sales operations team to assist the team in various financial tasks including financial reports and metrics, process mapping & documentation, process automation, and support the sales team based on different countries, this will help to measure the results that the Liaison team will be facing.
As a Sales Operations Analyst - intern, you will be involved in various administrative tasks, including the area development, working autonomously on different projects to support the area, credit & collection tasks. The assignments may vary from administrative to technical tasks and are generally in line with the intern’s field of study. Some work may require analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well-defined. You will interact with different areas like CSM, Billing, Accounts Receivable & Sales. You will be responsible for adhering to company security policies and procedures and any other relevant policies and standards as directed.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales team to create reports.
Support the sales team in administrative processes.
Prepare invoices.
Get involved in credit and collection activities.
Participate in projects with the sales department.
In a training capacity: may conduct various analytical projects to assist professionals within the department; may collaborate with various staff and departments in completing projects. May work on projects of varying difficulty and technicality.

Availability
Monday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.
Remote Interackership opportunity. Preferably located in Guadalajara-Jalisco, but can be open to Mexico City.
Education
Undergraduate or bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or International Relations.
Currently studying the last 2 semesters of their program or recently graduated with no more than one year of experience.
