Main Job Objective
Leading the recruitment team in order to meet goals and requirements on time by creating innovative and efficient strategies and setting clear performance goals and controls.
Roles & Activities
Energetically leading the recruitment team in order to meet recruitment goals and requirements on time
Assigning clear roles and responsibilities for each team member and standardizing control documents in order to keep track of team performance
Planning ahead for upcoming recruitment requirements by setting clear team performance goals
Managing recruitment resources to maximize their potential as well as setting controls to make sure they are used efficiently and effectively
Creating creative and innovative recruitment strategies that are attractive to the desired labor market
Planning, encouraging and attending recruitment activities outside of Beliveo acting as a representative of our corporate image, values and philosophy
Minimum Qualifications
90% English
Degree in Mercadotecnia, Comunicación, Relaciones Industriales or related field of studies
2 years of previous work experience leading a group of people
Preferred Qualifications
100% English
Advanced experience with social media and marketing campaigns
