Main Job Objective
Monitoring network and operations service availability and thresholds to proactively detect abnormal conditions that must be informed to the appropriate stakeholders. Analyzing problems, performing 1st level troubleshooting and communicating with site IT Specialists to track problems through resolution.
Roles & Activities
Proactive network monitoring of the infrastructure based on internal tools
Quick Incident response actions including the coordination of activities during IT/operational outages with internal and external resources
Communications management with all stakeholders providing status of ongoing situations in a timely manner
Reporting and escalating issues to internal IT areas and 3rd parties about abnormal situations with IT services like data circuits or voice services according to service level processes
Managing change control through the follow up of internal communication process and ensuring the completion of the activity as documented
Minimum Qualifications
80% English
3rd Semester in Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones or related field of studies
Basic experience with Office Docs
No previous experience needed
Preferred Qualifications
Basic experience with Excel, ITIL methodology, PCI DSS
