We are looking for a recent graduate with at least 1 year of working experience to fill the position of Junior Product Manager.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Product managers connect the company’s vision, the user experience, the technical requirements and the business requirements together. They are passionate about understanding the user’s problems and delivering efficient solutions.
They identify potential products; conduct business and market research; generate product requirements; determine specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; coach and train the rest of the team; and develop marketing and product release strategies.
They back up decisions with statistics and data analysis, but at the same time are fast and agile. Product managers do not hesitate to make a decision and act on it. They are self-driven and eager to learn. They do not need someone to tell or teach them what to do. They are capable and reliable leaders, able to plan and execute projects from start to end, and coordinate any party involved.
