We are looking for a recent graduate ready to start his/her career in Sales for the Plastic Industry. This is a remote position that will cover Jalisco, Aguascalientes & Leon.

Job Requirements:

• Technical BS degree -Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (min 8.0)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• English written/spoken above 70% (IELTS & TOEFL certificate is nice to have)
• Have an international experience such as an exchange program to other country.
• Previous work experience as Intern or Trainee
• Basic knowledge about plastics and processing
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong inner drive, self motivation and goal-orientation (This is a remote position)
• Passport & US Visa
• Travel 35%-50% is required for this position

Key Job Responsabilities

•  Identify strategic OEM account targets based on KRAIBURG TPE value proposition and support capabilities. Establish alignment between the customer’s business strategy and KRAIBURG TPE’s product and service capabilities. ( Consumer/ Industrial/Automotive & Medical knowledge)
• Develop account relationships and capture the specification for products at strategic accounts within assigned territory.  
• Understand key players, applications, requirements, trends, and needs as well as KRAIBURG TPE’s potential and share within the targeted industry. Become an industry and product expert to leverage successes across the industry.
•  Negotiate contracts and value packages to insure a return on KRAIBURG TPE resources invested implementing product/pricing strategies and business practices as appropriate.
•  Monitor the competition to better understand issues and threats and develop plans to eliminate barriers
•   Communicate regularly and broadly. Ensure smooth transitions to regional sales, customer service, global partners and manufacturing.
