Responsibilities:
-Execute marketing plans and activities to deliver awareness, consideration and purchase activity to support budget decisions and future goals.
- Support events, including design, messaging, demand generation, advertising, communications, collateral requirements, sample and print production.
- Provide support to the Program Marketing Manager with the creative and print production with vendors in Latin America to deliver campaigns and required materials. Assist in the development and editing of the project brief as needed.
- Participate as a key member of the America’s Pinting System Division (PSD) Marketing team for planning, best practices sharing and continued improvement of marketing execution.
- Social media support –provide support in gathering content and images as appropriate from events.
- Provide support for regional conferences/open houses/customer events, such as shipment of samples, brochures, banners and gifts.
- Deliver support for PO creation and follow up
- Support local telemarketing initiatives
- Support PSD product launches including go to market, demand gen, training, webinars
- Translation coordination, follow up, grammar/proof reading
Requirements:
-English and Spanish required, Portuguese a plus.
-Job will require 5 – 10% travel.
-With some experience level in multiple disciplines in marketing – demand generation, email, direct mail, lead management and tracking, results (ROI) reporting, collateral development, customer communications, internal communications, training, Sales support, direct and channel support, event management and telemarketing.
-Ability to be a self-starter, create, plan, and execute full programs from customer
-Creative direction and editing skills
-Ability to manage vendors for on-time, on budget and within specification
-Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects
